You may request cancellation up to the deadline stated in your confirmation.
Cancellations after that deadline may not be refundable (or may only be partially refundable) because ingredients and labour may already be committed.
Cancellation terms (including any deposit treatment) will be stated in your booking confirmation/invoice. If not stated, deposits are generally non-refundable once planning and procurement have started.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, business interruption, reputational loss).
Our total liability relating to an order/booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that order/booking.
