This Delivery and Collection Policy applies to orders placed with Xenia’s ("we", "us", "our"). It explains how delivery (where available) and collection work, including important rules for cakes and syrnyky.

2. Collection-Only Policy for Cakes and Syrnyky (Important)

At the moment, all cakes and syrnyky are available for collection only. We do not offer delivery for cakes or syrnyky.

If delivery options appear elsewhere, they do not apply to cakes or syrnyky unless we confirm an exception in writing.

3. Collection Details

Collection is available by pre-arranged time only.

Your collection time and collection location will be confirmed in writing (email/message) as part of your order confirmation.

4. On-Time Collection and Missed Collections

Cakes and syrnyky are perishable and may be time-sensitive due to storage and quality requirements.

If you are late or miss your collection time:

• We may not be able to hold your order for long periods, depending on storage capacity and food safety.

• Where we can store it safely, we may offer an alternative collection time, but this is not guaranteed.

• If an item cannot be stored safely or quality is compromised, the order may be treated as fulfilled and may not be refundable.

5. Order Readiness and Handover

Please ensure you arrive at the agreed time so we can hand over your order promptly.

Risk transfers to you once the order has been handed to you (or your representative) at collection.

6. Transport and Handling After Collection

You are responsible for safe transport and storage after collection.

We recommend:

• Bringing an appropriate bag/box support (especially for cakes).

• Keeping items level and secure during transport.

• Avoiding hot cars or direct sunlight and following any storage instructions we provide.

7. Changes to Collection Time

If you need to change your collection time, contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may not be possible at short notice.

8. Other Items and Delivery (If Offered)

From time to time, we may offer delivery for certain products or catering services. Any delivery availability, fees, and delivery windows will be stated in your written confirmation. This does not apply to cakes or syrnyky unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
